Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Crypto Cash App Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead a new product development team
- Champion iterative development and customer-first decision making while refining your team’s vision and roadmap
- Lead and participate in critical technical, design, strategy and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company
Qualifications for this position include:
- A passion for Bitcoin and other digital assets
- 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience directly managing engineers
- Previous success prioritizing urgency, excellence, and delivery in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- History of healthy collaboration with product managers, engineers & other engineering managers on developing roadmaps
