Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Crypto Lending Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Optimize returns for custody lending clients and the sources and uses of the sources and uses of the collateral
- Own the development and scaling of multiple products in our crypto lending portfolio
- Develop objectives and key results (OKRs) to build define the business strategy and plan, value proposition, and product roadmaps
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of consulting, program or product management in the digital consumer lending space
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- Proven track record of building scalable products from scratch
- Data driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating and driving alignment with senior and executive-level leadership
- Proven success communicating cross functionally and building solid long term business relationships
