Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Crypto Operations Startup Operator.
Must be able to:
- Drive/track key strategic initiatives
- Build scalable systems (modules) to automate crypto activities
- Conduct internal and external research to understand best practices for crypto
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience running your own startup or high-growth organization
- 6-10 years of experience in product management, business operations & strategy, or similar
- Deep experience motivating and coordinating work across teams with different goals
- Project management skills and ability to lead across a distributed set of stakeholders
- Understand risks inherent to crypto networks
- Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes
