Job Summary
A security services company has an open position for a Remote Customer Solutions Center Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining certification as a CSC Customer Service Representative
- Answering technical service, contractual, alarm, and data entry inquiries
- Troubleshooting customers' alarm system establishing and resolving the root cause of the issue
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years customer-facing experience required
- Ability to pass certification for CSC Customer Service Representative upon completion of training
- High level of customer focus and relationship building
- Excellent listening skills
- Positive, pleasant, and professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain control of a conversation and provide a high level of service to each call
