Remote CSR for HVAC/Plumbing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceTitan Experienced Remote CSR in the HVAC/Plumbing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing service appointments and correspondence
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching within the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience
