Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote CSRA Document Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the efforts surrounding the lifecycle of controlled documentation
- Being the primary technical writer for policies and procedures with support from SME’s
- Serving as point person to identify and confirm business unit scope of controlled documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated success in operating within a highly matrixed environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Exceptional writing skills to include a firm grasp of the technical aspects of writing
- Experience and training sufficient to quickly gain a strong understanding of complex customer applications
- Working understanding of document management, change control and retention principles
- Familiarity with various authoring tools for online help/documentation
