Job Summary

A food experience company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Culinary Business Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting phone interviews with potential chefs, food tour operators and other partners
• Reviewing all inbound applicants in a timely manner while actively performing outreach to uncover passive candidates
• Managing the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of chefs, food tour operators and other partners in assigned markets

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience
• Strong phone skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills
