Job Summary
A food experience company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Culinary Expansion Manager in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Manage the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of chefs and food tour operators
- Review all inbound applicants in a timely manner while performing outreach
- Conduct phone interviews with potential chef and food tour partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience
- Culinary experience
- Strong phone skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficient in Google suite and Excel
- Must be available 15-20 hours per week
