Job Summary

A vision care insurance company is in need of a Remote Curriculum and Instructional Design Specialist in Sacramento.

Must be able to:

• Develop instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, and appropriate integration
• Assess scope of training needs across all supported audiences
• Design and develop programs for learning experiences

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of instructional design and curriculum planning
• Two years of facilitation experience in the classroom or virtual classroom
• Experience using instructional software and other similar applications
• Experience in using research methodologies and techniques
• Strong knowledge of training development best practices
