Job Summary
A business development company has a current position open for a Remote Curriculum Development Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to establish and implement systems and platforms
- Reporting on development and release management process and progress on a regular basis
- Recruiting and directing a worldwide curriculum development team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in training and curriculum management
- Detailed understanding of all aspects of managing a curriculum development team program
- Strong operational expertise in adhering to and creating scalable processes
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation and performance
