Job Summary

A leisure travel and cruise management agency is filling a position for a Remote Curriculum Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing existing content and making recommendations for improvement
  • Converting content onto e-learning platforms
  • Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining engaging and interactive blended learning solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Education or related field
  • 2+ years of learning and development experience with excellent platform delivery skills
  • Instructional design skills in an e-learning environment with proven history of self-created materials
  • Proven experience with adult learning theory, eLearning programs, and facilitation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, LMS, chat, video conferencing and live monitoring technologies
