Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Curriculum Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as 2nd tier support of our products by utilizing content area expertise when addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns
- Articulating explanations of completed updates and content through written communications
- Collaborating other members of the team to ensure academically sound updates are completed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong understanding of math curricula, K through 12th grade, with a concentration in high school math, such as Geometry and Algebra II
- Knowledge of Common Core Standards
- Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Able to participate in development or quality assurance projects based on need and available bandwidth as content expertise is required
