Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Custom Reports Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Makes recommendations for product enhancements
• Support Payroll/HCM i.e. identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Update, maintain and communicate changes to documents for the company

Qualifications Include:

• Will require minimal travel
• Strong technical aptitude and capabilities
• Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven customer service leadership skills
• Demonstrate business process knowledge in the areas of payroll, employee benefits, workers' compensation,
• Microsoft Office experience
