Job Summary
A food and agriculture company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Account Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures
- Participating in executing customer service strategies
- Informing customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in Data Management and Data Analysis
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create relationships and work with cross-functional teams especially sales
