A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Accounts Quality Compliance Specialist in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Connecting with both customers and insurance companies to establish trust and positive relationships between parties
- Maintaining all existing Carrier/Shipper documentation to make sure it is valid and up to date
- Verifying all incoming Carrier/Shipper insurance information to make sure it is both valid and up to date
