Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Customer Acquisition and Retention Growth Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading strategy and execution for all growth efforts
  • Building, tracking and improving key metric dashboards
  • Partnering closely with data science to design analytics and monitoring tools

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of digital/growth marketing experience
  • 2+ years' experience in user/customer acquisition
  • Proven track record of running successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and ability to help bring the company vision into reality
  • Ability to think about healthcare from an innovative lens
  • Startup experience or equivalent experience in fast-paced environment
