Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Customer Advocacy and Experience Senior Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing deadlines, milestones, deliverables
  • Informing global strategies and insights for customer advocacy programs
  • Managing Customer Experience Marketing programs and campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of a variety of sales methodologies
  • Ability to establish strategic level customer relationships
  • Experience building voice of the customer and customer listening programs
  • At least six years customer-facing marketing and communications experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
  • Experience working with software customers
