Job Summary

An enterprise contract management platform is seeking a Remote Customer Advocacy Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive more revenue from existing accounts by up selling and cross selling
  • Develop and/or expand relationships with other groups & functions within customer base
  • Understand the business needs, requirements and/or pain points of the Customer and propose potential solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required
  • 13+ years of successful enterprise software sales or account management experience in a product or IT Services company
  • MUST have sales aptitude, “strong” relationship building skills, technical bent of mind
  • Ability to identify, create & nurture new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycle
  • Must have experience with SaaS products, or IT Services selling into larger enterprise accounts
