Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Advocacy Director.

Must be able to:

  • Drive more revenue from existing accounts
  • Expand relationships within customer base
  • Ensure customer expectations are fulfilled

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical concentration or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years successful enterprise software sales or account management experience
  • Experience with SaaS product
  • Experience in managing large Fortune 500 engagements
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and generating pipeline to grow wallet share
  • Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycle
