Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Advocacy Director.
Must be able to:
- Drive more revenue from existing accounts
- Expand relationships within customer base
- Ensure customer expectations are fulfilled
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical concentration or equivalent experience
- 15+ years successful enterprise software sales or account management experience
- Experience with SaaS product
- Experience in managing large Fortune 500 engagements
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and generating pipeline to grow wallet share
- Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycle
