Job Summary

A computer data storage company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Advocacy Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and secure Hitachi customers as advocates to participate in sales, marketing, and public relations
  • Create a consistent and stable pipeline of references
  • Create compelling and engaging digital content and engagement points

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willing to travel, up to 25% of the time
  • 4-6 years marketing experience
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Poise, discretion, and a demonstrated ability to interact with individuals
  • Strong interviewing skills and excellent storytelling skills
  • Database experience
  • Excellent English verbal and proven written communication skills
