Job Summary

A provider of online file sharing services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Advocacy Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building program roadmaps and managing deliverables of multiple work streams
  • Supporting the execution of industry best practices
  • Collecting and synthesizing customer data to understand root causes of pain points

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 years experience of program delivery within a customer focused function
  • Experience with formation, management, and/or improvements of customer related data
  • Experience and familiarity with CX related concepts and terms
  • Tested program management skills and ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned
  • Experience with tying customer experience metrics to business outcomes
  • Experience with VOC tools or technologies
