Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Advocacy Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Launch Postman’s Customer Reference Program
- Build workflows & channels to identify, recruit, track & enable advocates to share their stories via case studies, reviews & reference calls
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales and Growth to drive reference program adoption
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, and/or marketing program management
- Consistent record of setting up, defining, and driving cross-functional programs independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding project management & organizational skills with an ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
- A desire to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment
- A passion for telling our customers stories
