Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 daily interactions supporting members with healthcare coordination, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Document accurately while engaging in real-time conversations and navigate multiple systems confidently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining accuracy
- Experience in high-volume call environments or healthcare/insurance exposure is helpful
