Job Summary

Remote Customer Advocate, a full-time, hourly position focused on assisting members with healthcare inquiries and benefits while working in a structured, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Handle 50-70 customer interactions per day with a balance of empathy and technical skill
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
