Job Summary
Remote Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position focused on assisting members with healthcare inquiries, managing 50-70 interactions daily while ensuring accurate documentation and system navigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Handle 50-70 customer interactions per day with empathy and technical skill
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Availability for a permanent schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
