Job Summary

Remote Customer Advocate, who will work full-time in a 100% remote position assisting members with healthcare inquiries, managing 50-70 interactions per day, while earning an hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately
  • Maintain compliance and consistency in processes while providing empathetic support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
