Job Summary
Remote Customer Advocate, this full-time, hourly position involves assisting members with healthcare inquiries and managing a high volume of interactions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Handle 50-70 customer interactions per day with empathy and technical skill
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
