Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with healthcare questions and navigate their benefits
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions with empathy and precision
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
