Job Summary
Remote Customer Advocate, this is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing member interactions related to healthcare coordination, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries, requiring strong technical skills and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 member interactions per day regarding healthcare services
- Navigate multiple web-based platforms and document information accurately in real time
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while adhering to compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience with complex or sensitive matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
