Job Summary

Remote Customer Advocate, responsible for assisting members with healthcare inquiries and managing 50-70 interactions daily, in a full-time, hourly position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in navigating healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions with empathy and technical skill
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience with complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Availability for full-time hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
