Job Summary
Remote Customer Advocate, who will manage member interactions related to healthcare coordination and benefits in a full-time, remote position requiring technical proficiency and a commitment to professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 member interactions daily regarding healthcare coordination, medications, and appointments
- Document interactions accurately across multiple web-based platforms
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while navigating systems during member interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Experience in high-volume or call-driven service environments
