Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions daily in a structured and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to members on healthcare questions, medications, and benefits
- Navigate real-time systems and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
- Maintain compliance and consistency in processes while delivering empathetic support
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
