Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions daily in a structured and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to members on healthcare questions, medications, and benefits
  • Navigate real-time systems and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
  • Maintain compliance and consistency in processes while delivering empathetic support
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
