Job Summary

Supporting members with healthcare inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Advocate will manage 50-70 interactions daily, providing guidance on medications, appointments, and benefits while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist members in navigating healthcare questions and benefits
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems effectively during customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills
