Job Summary
Supporting members with healthcare inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Advocate will manage 50-70 interactions daily, providing guidance on medications, appointments, and benefits while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members in navigating healthcare questions and benefits
- Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems effectively during customer interactions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Clear and professional communication skills
