Key responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring accurate documentation

Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
