Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to members navigating healthcare questions and benefits
- Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance with processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems effectively to manage customer interactions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Dependable and committed to a structured work environment
