Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to members navigating healthcare questions and benefits
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance with processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems effectively to manage customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Dependable and committed to a structured work environment
