Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support members by providing accurate information regarding healthcare questions, medications, and benefits
  • Navigate multiple systems in real-time while ensuring accurate documentation of interactions
  • Maintain process consistency and compliance while delivering clear and professional communication
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
