Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, appointments, and benefits while managing 50-70 interactions per day in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to members regarding healthcare questions and benefits
  • Accurately document interactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with processes while delivering empathetic customer service
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Availability for a full-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
