Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, assist patients with claims and benefits issues, and document interactions while providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims and benefits
  • Manage 50-70 inbound calls daily and enter patient information into systems
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear communication
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
