Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, assist patients with claims and benefits issues, and document interactions while providing outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims and benefits
- Manage 50-70 inbound calls daily and enter patient information into systems
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear communication
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
