Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, assist patients with claims and benefit inquiries, and serve as a liaison between patients and providers while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims, referrals, and access
- Manage 50-70 inbound calls daily, entering patient information accurately into systems
- Provide clear and professional communication while ensuring process consistency and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- 1+ years of experience in call center or high-volume environments
