Job Summary
Acting as a patient advocate, the full-time Remote Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve patient issues related to claims and referrals, and enter patient information into systems while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 inbound calls daily, addressing patient concerns and inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring effective communication
- Document patient interactions accurately and navigate multiple information systems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call centers or high-volume environments is a plus
