Job Summary

Acting as a patient advocate, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve patient issues related to claims and access, and maintain accurate documentation while working in a structured, fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve patient inquiries through 50-70 interactions per day
  • Enter patient information into systems and ensure accurate documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, delivering outstanding customer service
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in call center or high-volume environments preferred
