Job Summary
Acting as a patient advocate, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve patient issues related to claims and access, and maintain accurate documentation while working in a structured, fast-paced remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve patient inquiries through 50-70 interactions per day
- Enter patient information into systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, delivering outstanding customer service
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call center or high-volume environments preferred
