Job Summary
Acting as a patient advocate, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Advocate will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve patient issues related to claims and referrals, and ensure outstanding customer service while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve patient issues by acting as a liaison between patients and providers
- Manage 50-70 inbound calls daily, entering patient information into systems accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in call center or high-volume environments is a plus
