Job Summary
A recruitment marketing software company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Advocate.
Must be able to:
- Act as customer liaison, responsible for escalations
- Work directly with Product Support team
- Stay up to date on product features, configuration, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
- Experience working with a large AD environment
- Proficiency in standard operating systems
- Proficiency in MS suite
