Job Summary

A recruitment marketing software company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Advocate.

Must be able to:

  • Act as customer liaison, responsible for escalations
  • Work directly with Product Support team
  • Stay up to date on product features, configuration, etc

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience working with a large AD environment
  • Proficiency in standard operating systems
  • Proficiency in MS suite
