Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Advocate.

Must be able to:

  • Handle Critical customer concerns
  • Be a mentor and an inspiration to your team
  • Provide support for all technical queries from customers

Required Skills:

  • Good articulation skills including technical writing ability
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical software environment
  • Experience solving issues in a chat-first environment
  • Experience working in a swarming-based support environment
  • Ability to work with conflicting priorities by taking initiative and prioritizing accordingly
  • Proficiency in spoken and written required language and English
