Job Summary
An insurance technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Advocate and Solution Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing healthy plans for customers as needed to retain their business
- Assessing risk with license reduction and data backup requests
- Participating in product readiness meetings to provide client feedback to the product team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience, preferable benefits insurance-related
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a customer success role, account management, or client service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects with high attention to detail
