Job Summary
A business services and development company is in need of a Remote Customer Analytics Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and improve the user experience of how the stakeholders consume Customer and Partner information
- Design, build and support the Customer and Partner Analytics
- Own the telemetry of Customer data and the definitions
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in Business Intelligence, statistics, data science, and building Customer and Partner Analytics
- 12+ years of prior experience in Customer and Partner Analytics
- 10+ years of experience in leading a team and ability to work with highly cross functional teams to achieve common goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in managing instrumentation and telemetry data from modern cloud platforms
