Job Summary

A business services and development company is in need of a Remote Customer Analytics Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and improve the user experience of how the stakeholders consume Customer and Partner information
  • Design, build and support the Customer and Partner Analytics
  • Own the telemetry of Customer data and the definitions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, statistics, data science, and building Customer and Partner Analytics
  • 12+ years of prior experience in Customer and Partner Analytics
  • 10+ years of experience in leading a team and ability to work with highly cross functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in managing instrumentation and telemetry data from modern cloud platforms
