Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Customer and Employee Experience Systems Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with IT/TOS representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
  • Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
  • Program, build and test surveys, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management activities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of HTML and website building
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
