Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Customer and Employee Experience Systems Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with IT/TOS representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
- Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
- Program, build and test surveys, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
Position Requirements Include:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management activities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of HTML and website building
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
