  • Overseeing the end-to-end experience or journey of customers/learners across Innovation Group products/programs
  • Managing a Team of CLX Specialists

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in people management
  • Strong customer/stakeholder instincts
  • High EQ, particularly in dimensions of empathy and relationship management
  • Demonstrated passion for customers/learners/stakeholders and their experiences through advocacy and action
