Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer and Partner Experience Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating reports, dashboards, templates and tools in salesforce to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Sharing guidance, best practices and Executive Sponsor impact stories that inspire customer success
- Harnessing the power of references by driving a strategic sales reference program that drives revenue
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience across program management, customer experience, executive programs and/or customer programs
- Experience prioritising new tasks
- Experience working on multiple, simultaneous programs
