Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer and Partner Experience Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating reports, dashboards, templates and tools in salesforce to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Sharing guidance, best practices and Executive Sponsor impact stories that inspire customer success
  • Harnessing the power of references by driving a strategic sales reference program that drives revenue

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of experience across program management, customer experience, executive programs and/or customer programs
  • Experience prioritising new tasks
  • Experience working on multiple, simultaneous programs
