Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Customer and Technology Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot platform support issues
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly platform audits
  • Work with other platform managers

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Experience or regular use of common technological tools and platforms
  • Experience managing a large volume of tasks with competing priorities
  • Experience with database use and/or management
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
